Nuboc ERP · Early access
Ledger navigation, search, and multi-entity
Added
- A navigable chart of accounts: filter the account tree, keep your place while scrolling, and open any account in a detail panel without losing context.
- A T-account view that opens the journal entries behind any balance, so you can see how a number was arrived at.
- Guided account creation for common cases, with an advanced path when you need it.
- Post a journal entry from wherever you are, including directly from an account's detail panel.
- Search across your records from anywhere in the product.
- Support for multiple legal entities under one organization, each with its own books.
- Separate environments, so you can try something before it touches your live books.
- A searchable grid for reviewing what each role can do before you grant it.
- Billing history and downloadable receipts.
- Product documentation.
- Install Nuboc as a desktop app.
Changed
- Account pages load balances, period changes, and activity in far fewer queries, and long entry lists scroll continuously instead of paging.
- Refreshed the interface across the product: new navigation, sidebar, and information density.
Security
- Strengthened isolation between customer data sets.
- Security and reliability improvements across the platform.

Nuboc ERP · Early access
First early access release
The foundation of the platform: the general ledger, the records it depends on, and the access controls around it.
Added — Finance
- Chart of accounts, built from a template or from scratch, with account roles and a validated core structure.
- Bring your existing chart of accounts with you: plan the mapping, review it, apply it, and verify the result before anything is final.
- Import opening balances from your previous system, with matching against your new accounts and a reconciliation step before you commit.
- Journals and journal entries. Posted entries cannot be edited after the fact — corrections are made by reversal, so the trail stays intact.
- Accounting periods.
- Connect a bank account, import statements, and match transactions against the ledger using rules you control.
- A daily summary of bank activity.
- Payment terms.
Added — Records
- Customers, vendors, contacts, and addresses, with grouping.
- Dimensions, so you can report across departments, locations, or any other axis you define.
- Document number series.
- Units of measure and conversions between them.
Added — Access
- Roles, departments, and locations, so access follows the shape of your organization instead of a flat user list.
- Permissions granted at the organization, entity, location, or department level.
- Lock your session behind a PIN, with automatic lock after inactivity and a cooldown after repeated failed attempts.
- Trusted device management.
- Deactivate someone's access to an entity without deleting their account or losing their history.
- Role and permission changes are recorded in the audit log, including who made the change.
- Audit log entries are chained together cryptographically, so that altering or removing a past record is detectable rather than silent.
Changed
- Amounts are stored and calculated in whole cents using banker's rounding, and per-unit prices carry additional precision. Multi-currency totals reconcile exactly rather than drifting by a cent.
- Sign-in moved to Nuboc's own single sign-on.
Security
- Security and reliability improvements across authentication and access control.
